Allocation Rules of OBHM

Summer and Easter houses the houses are assigned through a lottery system, which members can apply for.

Fund members have four options where a specific house is chosen for a specific week within the allocation period. A fund member can receive a maximum of one allocation within the allocation period.

If a fund member was allocated a house last summer, they cannot receive one this summer. The same applies to the Easter allocation.

Outside of those specified periods, the rental of vacation houses operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
